Fair & Square Home Repair is a home repair and improvement start up corporation in Washtenaw County. We are actively seeking highly talented carpenters, painters, drywall, floor specialists, deck builders, cabinet installers etc - jack of all trades types - who are tired of the construction industry culture as it currently is. Our goal is to continue to build a thriving home repair company that is agile, reliable, efficient, and produces high quality work. If you think you have what it takes to join us, please consider the following: We take customer satisfaction VERY seriously. 100% customer satisfaction is the only thing that matters. We pay well. Starting at $25 p/hr and scaling up to $37.50 p/hr over your first 24 months of increasing performance and responsibility. We only take on smaller scale jobs. You will never be stuck at the same job sites for extended weeks and months. We are an employee owned company. You will have the opportunity to acquire stock in the company at no cost. We operate under a 'Continual Process Improvement' production model. We must continually strive to get better at what we do and how we do it.
