Mover Mentality is a rapidly growing moving company in Brandon FL and we are now hiring Drivers who can start this coming week. We are solely looking for hardworking individuals who have professional moving experience, and our pay scale is very competitive within the moving industry. In starting you will average 20 - 25 hours per week, and this will easily grow into full-time positions for the right candidates. Why Work With Us? 1) You will receive $17 per hour as the Driver and customers also tip if you do a good job! 2) Our movers typically average $150+ in weekly tips. Combine this with your hourly wage & you will earn great weekly income! 2) We pay weekly (every Monday) in the form of a check or direct deposit! 4) These are Independent Contractor positions (1099), meaning we do not deduct taxes from your earnings! 5) Work schedule will be Monday-Friday each week with some Saturdays, and never work on Sunday! 6) Opportunities for advancement, an increase in your hourly pay plus so much more! Job Requirements? A) Must have 2 years minimum of "verifiable" moving experience, no exceptions. B) Must have a valid driver's license and experience with driving 26 foot box-trucks. C) Must be physically capable of moving furniture for several hours per day. D) Cannot miss scheduled moves as this will result in immediate termination.
