JOB DESCRIPTION; We are a local eCommerce company located in the Redlands/ Loma Linda area and are in need of Warehouse Associates & Join our Fulfillment Team - our company is growing fast, and you can grow with us! Come join the team! OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER; The warehouse team is responsible for pick-packing, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, everyday! The goal here is to make sure that 100% of the orders that come in each day are processed, packed and dropped off with our shipping carriers (ie, USPS and UPS) in a timely, efficient and organized fashion so we can deliver smiles to our customers when they receive their order in the mail. The warehouse is the lifeblood of our eCommerce company. We ship a lot of orders, and we ship them fast! We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us AND have experience working in a warehouse environment, but it isn't a must as we do offer on-site training! If you have experience working in an eCommerce/ retail warehouse environment and/ or have experience working as part of a pick-pack/ fulfillment team - that's great too! RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE; • Process & ship all new orders as they come in • This position requires that ZERO mistakes are made on customers orders • “Pick, pack, process and ship” customer orders • Handle basic inventory, restocking and round counts • Process orders using inventory software • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. JOB SUMMARY; This position pay is $15.00/ hr + 401k benefits, PTO/ vacation, and health/ dental/ vision insurance, plus, an opportunity to grow within the company.
