$500 Reward for Missing Blue Chevy Malibu

Complicated story but here it goes. I came down from Washington last week with a couple of friends in a rental car rented in my name. One of the friends was an authorized driver on the rental. There was a falling-out last night and my now ex-friend and another person (who I only met last night but my friend knew previously) refused to give me the rental car back unless I paid some money. I paid the "ransom" and only got the keys back (there was only one set of rental car keys). I have been looking around for the rental car and I have been getting texts hinting that they want more money to give the location of the car. At this point I would rather offer a reward (currently $500) for any information that leads to recovery of the vehicle. Given that this could be considered a civil issue (since the friend was authorized to drive the vehicle) the police are likely not going to help. The vehicle is a Blue Chevy Malibu with Washington state plates and license number BVX7270. Last known area was around the Residence Inn located at 2115 S River Pkwy, Portland, OR 97201. If anyone sees this vehicle then please call Jaime at . I am not interested in getting the police involved if possible. I have the keys and I just want the car back so I can return it to the rental car company in Washington.
