Description Join our team for an exciting and growing client in Mooresville, NC! We are looking for production associates for light industrial work in a manufacturing environment. Currently hiring for 1st and 2nd shift available Mon - Thurs, 10 hour shifts (11 hours + including breaks). Advancement opportunities available. Earn up to $17 per hour and weekly paychecks. With long-term opportunities, this position can pay up to $21 per hour! Apply Now! Job Responsibilities Cut and layup composite materials inside molds, read and understand process documents, vacuum bagging, demolding, manually sand/trim composite materials, mold preparation and cleaning, visual inspection and quality control, packing and shipping. Must be able to team lift 50 lbs. 11 hour shift (10 working hours - two 20 minute unpaid break, one 30 minute unpaid break). Ability to work under pressure to meet tight dead lines. Experience with body work and metal forming a plus! Ability to use hand tools.
