Who is the Liar? Crowder or Politifact?

Crowder says he was banned temporarily for hate speech for sharing a story of a trans male let into a female prison. Of course the trans is now getting women pregnant (who wouldnt have sex If you were the only male in a jail with hundreds of women with nothing to do???). Politifact and Mashable of India, as examples, say he is lying. Case closed? Not so fast. I did just a second of deeper search and guess who the source is for these fact checkers???? The California Department of Justice!!! Now that is just a wee bit disturbing, the accused party is being used as the source? That’s biased. I mean you would be pissed off if you sued your neighbor for throwing all his trash in your backyard and then the court let his loving wife be the only witness. I’m also a little suspicious as I didn’t see any of these factcheckers say anything until the issue has gathered national/international attention. So who is lying? Any Californians in the know?
