Seeking two candidates with at least 5 years experience working at both residential and commercial job sites. Must have a basic knowledge of the trades, ability to perform assigned tasks in a reasonable amount of time, ability to coordinate the work of subcontractors on the site, knowledge of jobsite safety (OSHA 10 will be required after hire).
Use of common power tools required, large shop tools, hand tools and electronic measuring devices.
Must have reliable transportation, be able to work occasional overtime, ability to lift 50 pounds.
