Tortoise enclosure $40

We built this enclosure for my son‘s tortoise which has now died. It’s made from very solid (and heavy) wood. For the bottom we nailed on a tarp and filled it with mulch. This lasted for quite a while until the tortoise started digging in the corners which ripped the tarp. Then I cut some plastic folders and glued them in the corners which solved the problem. If you want to replace the floor you can either use a tarp like we did or attach some wood. The enclosure is 40” x 28” x 11” I am including the log and heat lamp, all for $40
