Office cleaning position

I I am cleaning company looking for the individual who can handle cleaning an office building Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. can handle maintenance if needed like changing light bulbs or tiles in the ceiling. The job consists of cleaning the fourth floor vacuuming hallway two bathrooms. Cleaning of front foyer downstairs on the first floor mopping the floors stainless steel on the elevators glass doors and empty and 6 garbage cans outside.
