I am seeking a full time dedicated pro to become part of my team! Quick learner and 2 Years of experience required in multiple (at least 3) skilled trades. Including: Carpentry, Roofing, Drywall, Painters, Tile setter. You will perform all types of skilled services in our residential customer's homes. We’ll rely on you to do various odd jobs. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a maintenance person’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs Maintain a clean and safe workplace Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. build cabinets) Identify and report the need for major repairs Ability to handle physical workload Skills Proven experience as maintenance person Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or roofing. Basic math skills Good communication ability Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail Benefits: Workers comp.
