b description We are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable and handy warehouse associate to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining all of our products and identifying the need for repairs. To be an effective warehouse associate, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina and a keen eye for detail are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents. : Daily Responsibilities: Cleaning and organizing the warehouse, facilities, and all inventory Assisting customers picking up and returning rental items Perform maintenance and light repairs Repair equipment and assemble new equipment as necessary Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks Identify and report the need for major repairs Qualities we are looking for: Positive "can do" attitude Hard work ethic Desire to learn and go above and beyond Honest, loyal and trustworthy Good communication skills Maintains a cooperative working relationship with co-workers Warehouse Worker Minimum Qualifications Ability to speak, read and write English Previous High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Previous experience in the rental industry and tent experience preferred but not necessary Prior warehouse experience required Must have full range of motion and dexterity Maintains an acceptable attendance record Warehouse Worker Physical Demands The ability to work in heat and non-air-conditioned environments The ability to regularly & repetitively bend, carry, climb, grasp, kneel, lift, pull, push, reach, sit, stand, twist, walk The ability to work in a fast paced environment The ability to lift heavy merchandise (up to 70#) individually Warehouse Worker Benefits 401K for eligible employees after one year Paid Holidays after 90 days Birthday Pay Fun working environment This company is committed to equal employment opportunity.
