Full Job Description Percopo Coatings Company (PCC), started in 2003, is one of the largest commercial & industrial specialty contractors in the Central Florida area, with divisions encompassing painting, waterproofing/joint sealants, and resinous flooring. PCC is currently looking for candidates to join our team of experienced applicators for Epoxy Flooring and Urethane Concrete. The hired individual will show a strong work ethic, problem solving abilities, and excellence in skilled application. There are many potential opportunities for growth within PCC that will allow for future foreman promotions if the individual has the qualifications and has proven their ability and knowledge of the application of Epoxy Flooring and Urethane Concrete. Benefits: • Pay rate of $15-$25/hour based on experience & position • Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) • Life Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match • Company Truck and Phone (Foreman only) Responsibilities: • Install epoxy flooring, urethane concrete • Proper use of equipment and materials • Maintain all equipment and catalog materials • Meet and exceed production goals & hours • Understand safety requirements of application & abide by regulations Qualifications: • Epoxy flooring, urethane concrete experience • Willing to travel and stay out of town • Ability to work overnights and weekends • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation • 18 years of age or older • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen • Authorized to work in the United States
