Food and Beer pairing is back! Come join MUB Board for a night of good food and good beer. Make sure to participate in the costume contest! Food and Beer pairing is back! Come join MUB Board for a night of good food and good beer. During this event, you will learn how a type of beer pairs with various foods. This year the theme is Halloween and will be celebrated with flavors of Dracula's homeland of Transylvania. There will also be a costume contest taking place with prizes foe the winner in each category; Best Group/Couple, Most Original, Scariest, and Funniest. Your costumes will be judged by surprise guest judges from around campus! It's a great event for a group of friends, or even by yourself to enjoy with other students, staff, and faculty from Michigan Tech. Menu: 1. Romanian Polenta with Feta and Bacon paired with Rochester Mills Milkshake Blonde2. Mititei (Transylvanian Beef & Lamb Grilled Sausages, Fried Potatoes paired with Paulaner Octoberfest3. Szekelyalmas (Pork with Apples and Cider Cream Sauce paired with Blackrocks Frood Noops IPA4. Romanian Creme Brulee Cheesecake paired with Dragons Milk Reserve Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout           FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Yes. All participants must be 21 years of age on the day of the event. ID's will be checked at the door.  Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? No. We can scan the ticket on your phone or look up your name when signing in to the event.
