1099 Independent Contractor is needed for a fast growing company in Jacksonville. We repair wooden siding & trim and install fiber cement siding onto homes throughout Jacksonville. We also paint the siding & repairs we make to complete the job. We only accept 5 star ratings from all of our marketing platforms so YOU have to be 5 Star material. We will train the right person but experience IS a plus! Reliable transportation to and from the job sites is mandatory. Drug free workplace! Pay is determined by how equipped you are for the job; the more tooled up you are and less you need from us, the more you’re paid. Pay is based on percentage of the overall revenue generated from each job we do. If you have a helper and appropriate tools, we want to you to earn $1000/day for you and your helper or two to share (based on a full re-sided, 1 story house with demo and paint using Hardie lap siding). It’s not easy work, it’s outside 100% but it’s great money if you have a healthy work ethic. We are fun to work with and want You to succeed but actual pay is based on your work ethic, not ours.
