We just recently adopted a beautiful 2-year-old Australian cattle dog from the SPCA, but unfortunately, she is not a good fit for us with where we live. She needs room to run, and we live in the city where she has to be leashed all the time. My kids are devastated about this, we JUST got her, and got her license and everything... I am going to try to find a small dog for them, but I need to rehome this beautiful girl first. I am asking for a small rehoming fee of $200 for her and will provide the 50 lb of dog food we have for her, as well as the $50 harness and leash. Serious inquiries only, please. She deserves a good home where she can run and play. As we have experienced, she is not very good with other dogs unless she gets to know them first.
