This position is for Water Damage Restoration Technician, and it requires an ability to be on call and respond immediately after hours and weekends based on a rotating schedule in addition to working the normal work week. Regular hours M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. JOB REQUIREMENTS for Water Damage Restoration Technician: - must be at least 21 yrs old. - must have Water Damage Restoration experience, at least 1 year. - preferred IICR certification. - preferred Bilingual - Spanish. • Background check and Drug Screening is mandatory. • Clean Driving License • 60 Day Probation Period. • Willing to be on call on weekends, evenings and/or holidays. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. • Ability to read / write and speak English fluently. JOB DUTIES : among others • Water Extraction in Residential and Commercial properties. • Water/Fire/Mold Restoration and Mitigation Equipment set up. • Demolition and debris removal needed depending on scope of work. • Keep On-Site Reports for each job and report back to Supervisor/Office at the end of each day. • Monitor equipment throughout the length of the project for humidity and moisture findings. • Picture documentation required BEFORE, IN-PROGRESS and AFTER each job-site. • Job Type: Full-time • Office is located in Pompano Beach.
