Wantagh-Levittown Volunteer Ambulance Corps' Spooky Ambulance! WLVAC Spooky Ambulance! Saturday, October 31st, from 2pm-8pm bring the kids to the Wantagh-Levittown Volunteer Ambulance Corps’ 6th Annual Spooky Ambulance! Social distancing and masks will be required. This event will be outdoors and we will spread out as much as possible to ensure social distancing and safety for all. The health and safety of our visitors and community is our highest priority. That’s why this year, we have modified the Spooky Ambulance using the guidelines set by New York State’s “Interim Guidance for Low-Risk Outdoor Arts and Entertainment.” All visitors over the age of two must wear a mask. Proper social distancing must be maintained. This is a free, family-friendly event that allows you to pre-register to reserve your timeslot. Walk-ups are welcome but will be placed at the end of the line. WLVAC will be participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project by offering non-food and allergy friendly treats. We have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to protect you, other visitors, and our volunteers. You agree to follow all posted instructions while visiting our event. It is your responsibility to contribute to our efforts to keep you, other visitors, and our volunteers safe and healthy. All visitors over 2 years old are required to wear a mask at all times. You will not be admitted to our event if you are not wearing a mask. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or eject anyone from our sites who does not comply with this requirement. Please practice social distancing — keep a minimum of six feet between you and others who are not in your party. Certain experiences will require that you follow a trail with social distance markers to help keep parties separate, and you agree to follow any instructions that will ensure social distancing remains in force. You and everyone in your party will be asked to confirm that you have not had any viral-like symptoms, including but not limited to fever and cough, in the 48 hours prior to your arrival. If you feel ill, exhibit symptoms, or have had contact with a COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days, please stay home and seek care. Visitors who experience viral-like symptoms while on our property agree to self-identify to a WLVAC First Responder before leaving the property.
