Come destress, relax and deeply meditate with sounds and vibrations used to activate the nervous system, allowing to reduce stress, improve sleep and remove negative energy. You will be blown away by our special guests, Elza Sophie, a Body Code and Emotion Code expert, along with Brooke Jensen, Breath work teacher and sound bowl healer. Hosted by Paola Rosser, Spiritual Mentor and Life Coach. Paola is on a mission to help women release anxiety and self-doubt through mindset and energy healing.
