We have a few hours a week of work on an ongoing basis. It's steady work but nowhere near full time. This is a perfect fit for a semi-retired all-round handyman. Typical things we need: minor drywall repairs, gas furnace/dishwasher/range/thermostat troubleshooting, light plumbing (leaking faucets, snaking sinks), ordinary maintenance (fixing loose gutters, repairing trim).
