Learn to make a personal sized wheel of Gouda in our Level 2 cheese making class. Spend 3 hours with a partner making a washed curd style (Gouda) aged cheese!   We'll age this cheese for your and in 4 week's you'll be serving cheese to your family and friends from the small (approx.) one pound wheel of aged Gouda cheese that you made! ***Prerequisite:  Our Fresh Mozzarella Making Class or another cheese making class that covered the basic components of milk, equipment used for making cheese & understanding the role of acid & rennet, etc...is a prerequisite to this class! What to bring: Wear comfortable shoes, an apron, & whatever you'd like to drink (it's a BYOB).
