I have been told that a clog in the bathtub of our condo in Cambridge is caused by the P trap in the unit one floor below us. The owner of the unit below has agreed to allow a plumber in to fix it. The picture is our unit. 1. What is your Massachusetts Master Plumber License Number? 2. When did you first receive this license? 3. How often do you fix clogged drains? 4. How many times have you fixed a P trap? 5. What is your insurance? 6. What can you tell me about p traps and what our problem seems to be? 7. How can we verify that is the problem? 8. What would you do to fix it? 9. Under what circumstances would you have to enter our unit? 10. How long would you estimate it will take to fix (depending on what you discover)? 11. When could you do it in general? 12. Would you schedule and coordinate the repair with the owner of the unit below? 13. How would you like payment to be made? I can pay with PayPal easily.
