Established Theatrical Country Band Looking For Female Singers

An established, old-school (40s-70s) theatrical country band based in the northwest suburbs is looking to expand our touring act with two female singers. We are seeking a strong soprano, she will have the opportunity to lead several songs throughout the show. Playing an instrument is a huge plus. Our second singer could be either an alto or soprano and will play more of a supporting, however, she will also be given opportunities to lead. Playing an instrument is a huge plus. While we are a band, we also perform in character so we are looking to cast two women between the ages of 18 and 35. Those with little experience in performing please do not be shy to reach out! You will be working with two other females that have almost 40 years of combined experience as well as given the opportunity to have continuous acting and vocal coaching. This can be a great opportunity for younger singers/musicians/actors to gain valuable experience and build a portfolio. All resources such as coaching, costumes, and promotional media (headshots and video) are provided. We perform regularly throughout the Midwest and, when traveling, food and lodging is provided.
