Need GC and Architect w/ knowledge of Permitting

I am seeking a General Contractor who is my go to person! The GC should be well connected with all aspects of construction (painters,electrician, plumbing, tiles, roofing, hauling, other sub contractors). This person should be RELIABLE, reasonably priced, willing to do estimates on jobs and have the skills to do paperwork as needed. I have a few projects I am working on so would like to find a good partner for future work also. I am also seeking an architect with experience designing plans and specs for the city of Houston. Jobs are all in remodeling or new construction of residential property. Please show some of your work to be considered ! Pay is per job! I can pay a small fee for coming out to estimate a job also!
