Office Assistant for interior design, construction and facility maintenance company part time
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner, pick up supplies, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic.
• Assist in handling office requests.
• Help decorate during Christmas season.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, and go on ladders up to 8'.
Qualifications:
• Great presentation, business casual.
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Bilingual Spanish 50% (not required) / English 100%.
• have reliable transportation with insurance (will pay millage).
• Interior design/ decorating skills is a plus (Not required).
College students OK
