Cooking class & dinner with Jay = I am Indo Arab, grew up in the middle east and have been cooking for last 30 yrs. I will be doing a class for Arab/Persian/Indian dishes. Dish Name: Shish Tawookh & Daja Shawarma & Tzatziki & Hummus. Laban Manga & Lassis for desert.
