Description
We are Home builders/rehabbers in search of a Foreman / Lead man to take charge of our Projects.
-Arrange crew work on a daily basis
-Must have transportation with a valid DL/Work permit
-5 years’ experience in supervisory/foreman position/trade field
-Able to read blueprints
-Create material list for the week
-Ensure that projects remain within the allotted budget
-Bilingual a must
-Familiar with construction process & material
-Good disposition- friendly
-Report the work progress on a daily basis
-Exceptional oral and written communication skills
-Must know how to handle tools/equipment
