Description
Completes maintenance work orders for residents (service appliances, plumbing, HVAC systems, minor electrical, etc.)
Prepares vacant apartments to make rent ready.
Performs preventative maintenance work.
Keep the maintenance shop clean and organized; maintain adequate stock/inventory of parts for equipment, appliances, etc.
Interacts directly with residents.
Maintains log books.
Follow and promote company policies and procedures.
Must make Customer Service a priority.
Keep curb appeal of the common areas.
Education, Knowledge, Skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as property maintenance
• High School Diploma required
• High level of proficiency in written, verbal, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to plan and juggle multi task environment
• Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations
Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday thru Friday or as scheduled by the Manager; some nights and weekend work required for on call emergencies.
Compensation - UPON EXPERIENCE WITH THE ABILITY TO MAKE UP TO $25 THE HOUR
