2021 Kailua Arbor Day Tree Adoption Event: "Right Tree, Right Place" Thank you for registering for the 2021 Kailua Arbor Day Tree Adoption Event!This year we have about 400 trees and plants ready for their forever home. With the "Right Tree, Right Place" concept in mind, this event is meant to get the right tree planted in the best space for it to grow our community's urban forest canopy. In order to share the diversity of trees throughout our community, reservations are limited to one per household. Duplicate reservations will be removed. Please come with several species in mind that will work for your space. As species types cannot be reserved ahead of time. As per the State's gathering mandates, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hrs will be required when checking in. Hardcopy or clear digital photos of proof and ID will be accepted.
