Just in time for holiday baking - learn the varieties of buttercream icing!
There are so many varieties of buttercream icing, in this class we will look at 5 different types of buttercream: American, Swiss Meringue, Italian, French, and German. Chef will walk you through the process of making each one. You will then pipe each icing onto cupcakes for take home.
Cost for this class is $55.00 per person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

What to Expect:
The Buttercream class is taught by Chef Tazia Young. Tazia has a passion for teaching others to cook. She has worked in our café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. She graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. Chef states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, Caribbean cuisine, and specializes in pound cakes. This cooking class is an interactive demonstration/ hands-on class. You will learn how to make five types of buttercream icing, and then pipe the icing onto cupcakes that you will take home. So, join us for a fun morning in the kitchen and treat yourself! Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply)
