Come join us for a fun night of women's self defense using Gracie Jiu-Jitsu techniques! We will have a guest speaker from Safe Home as well! While self defense is never your responsibility, it is your reality. In this 2 hr seminar, we will share Gracie Jiu-Jitsu techniques that focus on neutralizing some of the worst case scenarios for women, while keeping the environment fun and comfortable. In addition, we will be partnering with Safe Home, a non profit in Overland Park that empowers survivors of domestic violence. A guest speaker will share what Safe Home does, as well as supply information. In lieu of ticket price, we will be collecting (new) item donations for Safe Home.
