Last year was a hit so we're doing it again! Welcome to the 2nd annual Free Flow Fitness Trunk-Or-Treat! This Trunk or Treat has something for kids and adults! Each trunk is decorated by a different local small business, so the kids get their treats and us big kids get to shop homemade goods and other items.
