Due to continued growth, Closets by Design is immediately hiring for its Installer Development Program. The program is designed to quickly develop an untrained individual into a successful lead installer. This position will work with a Lead Installer and learn the installation process of products in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer. Requirements: Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record. Experience with small hand tools is ideal. Basic math skills. Good communication skills. We offer: Good entry level pay, with quick promotion to commission. Our installers make hourly plus bonus and earn over $50,000 annually.
