Karl will lead a 30-minute presentation on the importance of a proper warm-up before any workout — "Prep before Real Reps!"
Danielle will lead a 30-minute presentation covering the 3 energy-yielding nutrients (Protein, Carbohydrates, and Lipids). She will discuss the importance of hydration, hydration strategies, the relationship between water and performance, recommendations and timing.
A Snap Fitness representative will also be there to answer any questions about memberships & the potential of a free trial for local residents!
