Join CRISP & GREEN and Yogi Wellness for a free meditation class!
Erin will be leading us through to find a state of meditation - we will introduce pranayama (yogic breath work) at the beginning of class, then move toward awakening the body with movement combined with intentional breath, focusing on letting go of tension in the body, then finally reach a state of meditation. These combined techniques will allow us to find a state of meditation and stillness which are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention which will in turn improve our well-being.
Attendees will receive complimentary Agua Frescas after class!
