We own a vacation rental (AIRBNB) in South Scottsdale, and are seeking someone to help clean and maintain it part-time. Roles: - Routine cleaning of the property - Laundry, dishes, and trash - Inventory logging and restocking (we buy, you just pick up) - Spa maintenance (we will train you, it’s not too hard) - Ensuring property is setup properly for the next guest - House is 1,100 SQFT, 3 beds, 2 baths. - Generally, we expect starting to be at 11AM and finish to be between 2-3PM. Information: - Most cleanings will be scheduled in advance (usually at least 2 weeks out) - $90 per Cleaning (estimated 11 per month, but varies) + Extra for spa, monthly deep cleaning, and other responsibilities - Cleanings average 3.5 hours - All cleaning supplies are provided by us. - Generally, start at 11 AM, done by 230 PM. Sometimes cleaning will start at 12PM, which is the latest check-out time that we allow. - Additional responsibilities are available, and we will likely have another property in 2022 which would give an opportunity for more hours/work. We’re looking for someone who is: - Very clean and organized - Thorough in their work - Flexible in scheduling - Always on-time - Available 95% of the time or more between 11-4 PM. - Has enough cleaning experience to get the job done efficiently - Communicates effectively upon arrival and departure - Tracks and logs inventory correctly Please Note: Due to the nature of the job, we will obtain a background check and be filing a 1099 form for the services performed.
