PORT WASHINGTON, NY — After a one-year hiatus due to COVID-19, "Autumn Treat" is returning this month to Port Washington for an in-person celebration.
The beloved fall event — hosted annually by the Town of North Hempstead — will take place at the Clubhouse at Harbor Links on Thursday, Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m.
Back for its 11th year, Autumn Treat will feature musical entertainment by Pat Farrell and the Cold Spring Harbor Band, as well as delicious treats from an all-you-can-eat dessert buffet. A cash bar will also be available.
"We are proud to host our favorite fall tradition Autumn Treat at Harbor Links," said Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth. "This is sure to be a fun evening out with live music from the Cold Spring Harbor Band, a Billy Joel tribute, and delicious desserts for attendees."
A Town spokeswoman described the event as the perfect date night or girls' night out.
Tickets are $15 per person. Those interested in attending should make a check payable to Harbor Links and mail it to:
