Learn to 3D Print on the entry-level printers: Flashforge and Taz
For your safety, private sessions will be arranged via email on 12/23/2020, but classes WILL NOT OCCUR on this date. You will receive an email to schedule a private session.
This one-session class will train students on how to use the Asylum’s multiple 3D printers safely and effectively, running through using the 3D model compiler (Simplify3D), printing parts, changing materials, properly removing parts from the beds, and properly disposing of all materials after the print: all the training you need to get going in one afternoon!
This entry-level class will walk you through using our FlashForge and Taz printers. Intermediate levels available after taking this class or with approval of the instructor.
COVID-19 UPDATE: As we begin to reopen our space, the safety of our community, members, and instructors remains our greatest priority. Artisan’s Asylum is closely following the guidelines set by the CDC and Massachusetts regarding COVID-19, and we are requiring that everyone on-site wear masks and adhere to social distancing rules. A more in-depth summary of our comprehensive set of protocols will be discussed during the onboarding process. Please reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have.
