I’m looking for someone to check on a tennent, and get her number or Give her mine to contact me. You take pic showing you contacted someone or she calls me…. And I pay 20. She texts me to pay rent.. and a 10 bonus… I don’t want er moving out I just want the rent, and someone let her know I’m trying to contact her. Yes I can do over night, but I’m hoping someone nice talking to her will solve the problem. I own a house on Blanchard and lost the renter number when changed phones, due to damage. They have not paid the rent and may need evicted. You show up in court, tell then they didn’t pay rent and you want them out.. they explain why they didn’t pay.. judge orders them out I pay 200 labor. plus all the fees.. but not all after. I spit it for filing, going to court I send money to Walmart, this worked wonderful for the last person to do it but she left after hurricanes and not moving back.. I don’t care if u a guy or girl or old. I’m looking for SOMEONE WHO IS NICE.. I HAVE no clue why she has not paid rent of if she left for hurricane and not returned. You need to go by after 5.
