Select 60 Girls Leadership Mentorship Program If you are seeking a mentorship program for girls ages 10 - 19, Blue Pathways Educational Mentorship Services has one just for them. Greetings parents, guardians, school leaders, and community partners! Do you know girls that could use mentorship? Are they between the ages of 10 – 19 in middle school through freshmen in college? Are they bored and seeking a fun experience? Welcome to another amazing year. I am excited to have your student join our program. My name is Dr. Andrea Blue and I look forward to working with your student as a mentor for The Talented 10th – Select 60 Girls Leadership Mentorship Program. You can count on me to provide your student with a safe, enriching, and fun mentorship experience. To provide you with more information about The Talented 10th – Select 60 Girls Leadership Mentorship Program, (2) Mandatory Parent meetings have been planned. You only need to attend (1) meeting. The focus is on career, education, entrepreneurship, and personal development. Dr. Blue’s education includes a Doctorate of Management and Organizational Development in Higher Education Organizations; Colorado Technical University. We will use transformational speaking engagements, team building activities, workshops, professional development, student assemblies, and bi-monthly lunch and learn occasions to discuss current topics that are connected to career, education, entrepreneurship, and personal development. These services will help develop personal and organizational plans through mentorship. These plans are designed to increase student retention rates and decrease student dropout rates in underprivileged and underrepresented populations.
