Frunk-Or-Treat Join Evolve Auto, the Tesla Owners Club of Arkansas, and electric vehicle owners for our first annual Frunk-Or-Treat! Vehicles must register to participate because parking space will be limited. Trick-or-treaters of all ages are welcome and do not need to register.
