The tavern will offer full bar service and seasonal patio service. A limited food menu will also be offered, according to city records. Proposed hours are 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. or close Friday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
