WEST HAVEN — A North Haven resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 15, Johnny Rivera, of North Haven purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Best Gas Food Mart in West Haven and won $20,000.
