Home Personal Assistant 20hrs Per Week Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scheduling personal appointments Booking personal/business travel arrangements, hotel, car service, etc. Keeping my space organized including the office, files, CRM, etc. on the job training Managing returns and other errands like post office runs, dry cleaning, etc. Sorting mail Order, wrap, and ship gifts Grocery shopping and light meal prep for daughter Coordinating personal/business events/social engagements Managing Receipts/QuickBooks from business expenses or willingness to learn Working with CPA to file taxes in timely manner Coordinating with housekeeper and other home service providers Possible house sitting with cute Shiba Inu dog Pick up/watch daughter in the afternoon from school every other week I’m a 50/50 dad that has my 17- and 9-year-old daughters every other week. I’m in search of a rare someone, I can trust to care for my daughters when I’m on appointments; as well as being motivated/willingness to learn what I need with my business. The weeks, I don’t have my children most of the work can be done remotely. When working remotely, I don’t care what hours you work so long as the tasks are getting done. I’m super flexible and seek the same. Requirements: Dependable car, insurance and registration Laptop with basic knowledge of uploading, downloading, sending emails Basic knowledge of scanning/printing Good communication skills Ability to manage time Flexible Self-motivated And most important dependable… I need someone I can count on.
