Looking for an experienced Carpenter for Ranch construction. Remodeling - all phases, Whole House remodeling, Additions, Both large and small jobs. All skills in these areas. Responsibilities also to include project management as well as attending to needs on the Ranch. Knowledge of Job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA), building codes and regulations. Woods and their uses and adaptability as well as methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry. We are a Construction Consultant company located in Santa Rosa, CA and all our jobs are located on the Ranch. Looking for someone that lives in the vicinity. Details to be discussed during interview. Salary is equal with experience. Must have own transportation and small tools. We are looking for full time availability, with overtime when necessary. We have the work if you have the interest and the talent. Must be able to pass background check and have valid driver's license.
