Current and future vacancies will only exist at the Richmond Housing Authority. The Resident Housing Manager performs general custodial and housekeeping services for tenants in assigned public housing units. Incumbents are required to sign an occupancy agreement, live in one of the units at their assigned development, and provide continuous duty and/or on-call service to the assigned community. A Resident Housing Manager assigned to manage a housing complex ranging in size from 121 or more units shall receive a 35% monthly salary differential.
