Press release from Middlesex Sheriff's Office: October 18, 2021 - 2:41pm The Middlesex Sheriff's Office (MSO) and local law enforcement are searching for Jason Anthony Alicea Pagan, 41, of Winthrop. Pagan, who was in the MSO's Electronic Monitoring Program (EMP), was not at his required locations on Monday, October 18, 2021.  He is described as a 6-foot tall, 210-pound, male, with black hair and brown eyes. Pagan is currently serving a sentence for assault and battery on a family or household member.  He was set for release in June 2022.
