Maintenance Technician, San Mateo, - Full or Part Time position We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician for our 60-unit luxury condominium building located a few blocks from downtown San Mateo. This position works with another maintenance tech, a janitorial associate, and the General Mgr who lives on-site. This is a condo building and the residents own their units so we do not have the turnover work which occurs in rental apartments. Your responsibilities will include: - Perform work orders as requested by the residents for issues within their units including minor plumbing, HVAC and appliance issues. - Contact our outside subcontractors and vendors to perform more complex repairs. - Monitor building systems for problems and routine maintenance. - Perform paint and patch types of repairs in common areas and hallways. - Maintain the inventory of parts, supplies, and tools. - Drive our residents short distances for appointments, grocery runs, etc. - (note: this is a recently built, 5-story, luxury property offering hotel-type services for its residents) Qualifications: - Maintenance experience. - CA Driver's License along with CA state required auto insurance upon hire - Pass drug and background check Hours (full or part time): - Full time: Monday- Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with some flexibility on days/ hours) - Part time: 16-32 hours per week, schedule to be determined per your requirements Benefits: - Health Insurance, Dental, Paid Time Off, 401k (for Full Time employee only) Compensation: - Competitive Pay based on your Experience Level To apply, please send your resume by replying to this posting OR you may Fax it to 650-340-1844.
