Our company has been selling photo gift products for over 20 years and supplies an extensive range of products that include personalized drink ware, ceramics, phone cases, and electronic accessories. The Production Team Member will be responsible for the assembly, production, and inspection of numerous personalized products. This will include tasks such as proper application of materials, quality control, keeping tracking of orders, and packaging duties. We are looking for the right person to join our team and if you prove to be a hard worker, we are happy to see you grow with us into the future. This individual should be good with production work related to product development and packaging experience in an assembly line setting. Responsibilities: - Produce high quantities of personalized goods in a fast paced environment - Organize printed art files, order sheets, and finished products - Apply art transfers to the product efficiently and precisely - Inspect finished products for defects and fix any problems that arise - Package individual orders in an accurate and timely manner - Manage your production station so it is clean and productive - Assist shipping department with printing shipping labels and other various tasks. Skills and Key Qualifications: - Highly motivated, results oriented, organized, hard working with a strong eye for detail - Must work well with your hands and have good hand-eye coordination - Must be able to speak, read, write and follow detailed instructions in English. - Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a prolonged period of time. - Strong track record of proven success with 1-2 years of experience preferred - Able to work together with others and communicate effectively - Comfortable in a fast paced environment and adapts well to change - Experience identifying flaws and developing solutions for improving operations a huge plus This is a full time position with medical and dental benefits.
