LABORER AND/OR MATERIAL DELIVERY

We are a small General Construction Company specializing in residential remodeling. We are currently looking for Laborers/Material Delivery and Journeyman (any trade considered). We are looking for both part time or full time payroll employees. Our job-sites are throughout the Bay Area with most being located in the South Bay. Experience in at least 2 of the following trades required for Journeyman: • Masonry (Foundation) • Carpentry (framing or finish work) • Electrical • Plumbing Requirements: • Reliable transportation • Safety-Minded • Lift at least 60 pounds • Enthusiastic, responsible, reliable, hard worker with a desire to learn • Payroll only - Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record for Material Delivery Position Compensation: Laborer/Material Delivery $17.00 to 20.00 per hour to start (depending on experience) Journeyman $ 30.00 to $ 40.00 per hour to start (depending on experience) Annual Bonus Working Hours: 8 to 4:30 Monday -Friday Part time and Full Time
