** Looking to trade my juvenile marbled crayfish for aquatic plants, shrimp, small fish, etc. Crayfish are a little over a month old and 1/2 to 1 inch.** Marbled crayfish are a new species of crayfish that reproduce only by cloning. They are all female and produce genetically identical clones. Adults grow to 2.5 to 3 inches long and require a freshwater aquarium though they tolerate a wide range of water parameters. The marbled crayfish is an ideal crustacean pet because they are curious, active, and may even help you out by "trimming" your aquatic plants. Tankmates should be carefully chosen because they can be aggressive but I have successfully kept mine with cherry shrimp, ghost shrimp and guppy fry.
